I bought a 1012LV in Feb.I got it installed and it worked fine.It started having an 08 code problem.was able to call Ian and over the next few days,he talked me into a 2024LV,since the 1012LV was out of stock. It was a good choice. It has been working perfect. The main point is that I was able to talk to and text Ian and work thru the problem.I am getting ready to do a 48 volt system and you bet I will be getting it from WATTS/24/7.Oh,plus he did’nt charge me any shipping fees for the exchanges. Thanks Ian for the very good service.
