The battery equalizer will equalize/balance the battery voltage when it detects more than 20mV between two batteries. It will shunt current from one the highest voltage battery to its peers at up to 5A, keeping all the 12V “links” in the chain precisely balanced, always, in all conditions, (Charging/Discharging/Standby) thereby maximizing battery performance, efficiency & lifespan
Example: balancing a fully charged battery (in series with a fully discharged 12V 100 ah battery can take between 20 hours to 200 hours – (depending on voltage difference)
Battery equalizer can be used for 12 x 2 =24V.. etc 36V, 48V … 72V … 96V …144V…
