The EQ 48/4 Battery Equalizer from Watts247.com is unique and essential to balance any series connection of 2.4V /3.2/6V/9V etc to 12V batteries (in 12V/24V/36V/48V etc), regardless of chemistry (Lithium/Gel/- Flood/AGM lead acid) .

Example, can be used to balance 4 x 3.2V Lithium Cells to make a single 12.8V cell , or 4 x 3.6V cells to make a 14.4V, or 4 x 6V golf cart batteries to make a 24V battery, or 2 x 9V batteries to make 18V, or 2 x 12V to make 36V etc.

Can be daisy chained to make up any voltage battery, and even create your own simple BMS system  (No overload protection or temperature protection as would a standard BMS,  this could be used ONLY to balance cells)

If less than 4 cells or batteries simply don’t connect the interconnecting wires for those missing cells

The battery equalizer will equalize/balance the battery voltage when it detects more than 10mV between two batteries/cells. It will shunt current from one the highest voltage battery to its peers at up to 10A, keeping all the cells “links” in the chain precisely balanced, always, in all conditions, (Charging/Discharging/Standby) thereby maximizing battery performance, efficiency & lifespan

Example: balancing a fully charged battery (in series with a fully discharged 12V 100 ah battery can take between 10 hours to 200 hours  – (depending on voltage difference)

Battery equalizer can be used for any cell voltage from 2.4 to 12V, and any 12V battery in series array =24V.. etc 36V, 48V … 72V … 96V …144V..
