Spares are shipped directly to customer , and it is expected that customer has the ability to swap out boards, or return to the place of purchase (watts247) to carry out these repairs,  shipping costs will be for the customers account.

Firmware:

Will be issued from time to time to add features and optimize current features, updates are done using a Windows based PC and a USB to USB-C cable,

Stream Software is provided to be installed on your 64bit windows OS. and requires some basic PC knowledge and the ability to follow instructions as per video or screenshot.

LCD display updates are performed by using a standard less than 64GB flash drive with a specially named folder in the root directory
